1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 500 meters per color for existing designs. For custom jacquard patterns, the MOQ is typically 1,000 meters per color. We also support mixed container loads for trial orders.

2. What is the sampling lead time and cost?

Sample lead time is 3-5 business days for existing designs. For custom jacquard samples, it takes 7-10 business days including pattern development. We provide free A4-size samples for qualified buyers.

3. What certifications do your fabrics have?

Our fabrics are certified with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001 Quality Management, and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) for eco-friendly options. We can also provide REACH, CA117, and BS5852 fire retardancy upon request.

4. What physical tests do you conduct?

We conduct comprehensive testing including: Martindale abrasion test (>=25,000 cycles), color fastness to washing (Grade 4-5), light fastness (Grade 4-5), pilling resistance (Grade 4-5), and seam slippage.

5. Do you support custom jacquard pattern development?

Yes, we offer full custom jacquard development services. Our design team can create patterns from your reference images, sketches, or digital files. Development typically takes 7-10 days for sample approval.

6. What is your bulk production lead time?

Standard bulk production lead time is 15-20 days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. For large orders (10,000+ meters), lead time may extend to 25-30 days.

7. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we offer L/C at sight.

8. Do you offer door-to-door shipping (DDP)?

Yes, we offer flexible shipping options including FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF destination port, and DDP for major markets. We handle customs clearance for EU, US, and Middle East destinations.

9. Can you provide fabric samples before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We encourage clients to evaluate samples before committing. Free A4 samples are available for up to 5 designs. We also offer sample books and memo swatch cards.

10. What is your maximum monthly production capacity?

With 112 digital jacquard machines and 96 rapier looms, our monthly production capacity exceeds 700,000 meters. We can scale up during peak seasons.

11. Do you support mixed container loading?

Yes, we support mixed container loading with 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ containers. You can combine multiple fabric designs and colors.

12. What yarn types do you use?

We use virgin polyester, recycled polyester (GRS certified), solution-dyed polyester, cotton, viscose, linen, acrylic, and Tencel. Custom yarn blends can be developed.

13. Do you have fire retardant fabrics?

Yes, we offer fire retardant fabrics meeting BS5852 (UK), CA117 (California), and EN1021 (EU). Our FR fabrics are available in polyester, acrylic, and wool blends.

14. What is your quality control process?

Our QC includes: raw material inspection, in-process checks every 2 hours, finished fabric inspection (4-point system), color consistency verification, and final random sampling. AQL 2.5 standard applies.

15. Can I visit your factory for an inspection?

We welcome factory visits. Our facility is in Haining, Zhejiang Province, China — approximately 1.5 hours from Shanghai by high-speed train. We arrange airport pickup and guided tours.
