1. About these terms
These terms govern use of www.huamingfabric.com, operated by Haining Huaming Textile Co., Ltd. (“Huaming”). By using the site you agree to them. They are informational for prospective B2B buyers; commercial transactions are governed by the proforma invoice / sales contract we sign with you, which prevails over anything stated on the site.
2. Product information
Specifications (composition, width, weight, colour, MOQ, lead times) describe our typical production and are given in good faith. Colours may vary between screens, dye batches and photograph conditions; indicative price ranges are not offers. The controlling figures are those in the confirmed sample and written quotation for your order.
3. Samples and quotations
Free A4 samples are provided with courier freight collected. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and require our written confirmation before production. For in-stock fabrics there is no minimum — you can order from 1 meter. For made-to-order (non-stock) fabrics, the standard MOQ is 600 meters per color.
4. Your materials and our content
Design files, physical samples and specifications you send remain your property; we treat them as commercially confidential and use them only to quote and produce for you. Site text, images and data may not be scraped, republished or used to train AI systems without our written permission; normal buyer use (browsing, saving quotations, sharing with your team/customers) is welcome.
5. AI assistant
Our AI chat assistant provides general answers based on site information and can hand over to a human merchandiser. It does not issue binding prices, specifications or commitments; anything it states that matters commercially must be confirmed by our written quotation. Do not submit confidential documents into the chat.
6. Quality claims and disputes
Quality claims follow our published process: report within 15 days of arrival with photos and roll/batch numbers; we investigate and respond within 3 business days with replacement, credit or adjustment.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those in our signed contract. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from site information is limited to the value of the related order, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made solely on site content rather than the written quotation.
8. Third-party links
Links (e.g. certificate verification at oeko-tex.com) are for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes concerning orders follow the jurisdiction clause of the signed contract, otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over the seller’s domicile (Haining, Zhejiang).
