Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For in-stock fabrics there is no minimum — you can order from 1 meter. For made-to-order (non-stock) fabrics, the standard MOQ is 600 meters per color. Mixed-color or mixed-model orders can be discussed for repeat customers.
What is the price range of your fabrics?
Fabric prices typically range from ¥18 to ¥40 per meter (roughly US$2.5–5.5/m, converted at our baseline of 7.2 CNY = 1 USD, set October 2026), based on design complexity, material composition and order quantity. Larger orders enjoy more competitive bulk pricing.
What is your production lead time?
Sample development takes 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 15–25 days depending on order quantity and design complexity. We keep an efficient production schedule and confirm the timing in writing with every order.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide free A4-size samples for quality checking — you only cover the courier freight. Larger swatches and hanger samples are available on request. Sample lead time: stock A4 swatches ship within 1–2 business days (international express typically 3–5 business days); custom/new design samples 7–10 business days.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the product model number (e.g. HG10090), composition, weight/gsm, width, quantity and target price (if any) to [email protected], or submit an inquiry via our contact page. We reply with a formal quotation within one business day.
Payment & Trade Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment). For long-term partners, flexible arrangements such as irrevocable L/C at sight or D/P can be discussed based on cooperation history.
Which currencies do you accept?
We settle in USD and CNY (RMB).
Which trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We routinely handle FOB and CIF shipments and can also work with EXW; DDP door-to-door service is available on request.
Custom Development (OEM/ODM)
Do you support OEM/ODM customization?
Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. Send a physical sample, pictures or design ideas: our technical team analyzes composition and specifications. Color, texture and hand feel are reproduced via lab dips and strike-offs for buyer approval before bulk.
Which parameters can be customized?
Color, weight (gsm), width, pattern and composition can all be customized. Popular widths are 142–145 cm for upholstery fabric and 290–300 cm for curtain fabric; other widths are available on request.
How long does custom development take?
Technical evaluation and quotation within 1 business day, sampling in 7–10 days, and bulk production in 15–25 days after sample approval. A complete custom program usually moves from idea to shipment in about one month.
Quality & Certification
Are your fabrics certified?
Yes. Our key lines carry OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification (Certificate SH015 264621, issued by TESTEX, Product Class I — baby articles, valid until 30 June 2027), and our Fullerton brand is a registered trademark. Flame-retardant and stain-resistant treatments are available. If you need fabric testing for a specific standard, tell us the target-market requirement and we will arrange it and share the report. Third-party test reports are available on request.
How do you control quality?
Every batch is inspected for color fastness, gsm, width and workmanship before packing, following 4-point inspection standards from raw material to finished fabric. Fabric is packed in rolls or folded with moisture protection, and inspection reports can be provided with each shipment.

What types of fabric do you produce?
Our five core collections cover upholstery & sofa fabrics (chenille, bouclé, velvet, jacquard, faux leather), curtain & sheer fabrics, decorative fabrics, natural-fiber looks and bedding textiles — serving furniture brands, interior designers and textile importers.
What widths and weights are available?
Upholstery fabric is commonly 142–145 cm wide. We produce fabrics from 150 to 700 gsm — the actual weight depends on the specific fabric, and custom weights are supported; each product page states its own figure. Sheer curtains are about 80 gsm. Curtain fabric is 290–300 cm wide; custom width can be developed per project.
What is your factory capacity?
Our mill is located in Xucun Town, Haining — China’s home-textile manufacturing cluster — with 92 electronic jacquard machines handling designs from simple geometric patterns to complex artistic motifs, plus an in-house design studio for original pattern development.

Which countries do you export to?
We export to more than 50 countries across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia — including the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, Nigeria, Malaysia, UK, Germany, France and Australia.
How is fabric packed and shipped?
Fabric is packed in standard rolls or folded cartons with moisture protection for sea freight, and shipped to your designated port or address worldwide by sea or air. Roll length, labels and barcodes can follow your retail requirements.
How do you handle quality claims?
Report any quality issue within 15 days of arrival with photos and the roll/batch number. Our QC team investigates within 3 business days and offers a solution — replacement, credit note, or adjustment on the next order.

You can meet us at the 140th Canton Fair (Phase 3, Oct 31 – Nov 4, 2026, Guangzhou): Booth 15.3C06 for new upholstery & sofa fabrics and Booth 14.1C21-22 for new curtain & sheer fabrics; at HEIMTEXTIL 2027 in Frankfurt (Jan 12–15, 2027, Hall 12.1, Stand 12.1G40D); and at Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles.
