What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 meters per color. For trial orders and sampling, we offer flexible quantities starting from 100 meters. A4 sample swatches are always free.
What is your production lead time?
Stock fabrics ship in 7–15 days. Custom colors and patterns take 15–25 days depending on complexity. Rush orders can be arranged for repeat clients.
Do you support custom fabric development?
Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. Send a reference swatch, photo, or technical parameters and our R&D team will produce a matching lab dip or strike-off within 3–7 days.
What certifications do your fabrics carry?
Our production complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH, and CA Prop 65. Flame-retardant and stain-resistant treatments with corresponding test reports are available on request.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Shipping terms: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, or DDP to major ports in 40+ countries.
